Super Superio Blockboard owes its exclusive quality to the best material used which is imported from New Zealand while the filler is of Poplar wood. The stringent process uses glue manufactured by Merino giving the blockboard a gapless construction and making it delamination proof.

  • Smoother Surface – Cutting process technology of Merino is also highly advanced with usage Rip saw & planner machines, Ripsaw makes breaks the planks into specific bit sizes as per requirements with accuracy & planner makes the surface smooth.
  • Merino GLUE – Makes its own glue, who’s resin we import from Iran & America, it is pure with best quality.
  • Zigzag power – Strong with no breakage.as per IS standard we follow best procedure, we ensure our bit joins are unevenly placed for better strength of the product.
  • Single Press process – Face veneer is placed, glued core is laid, then block board.

The superior quality Tuff Supremo Blockboard has a gapless construction owing to IS 1659. Merino uses its own manufactured glue to compress together layers of New Zealand Pine that makes the blockboard delamination proof. Poplar wood is used as filler for the blockboard.
